I had my first visit here today. Food was good. Service was good too. I was disappointed by the lack of care that was given to little details about the place such as not having the cleanest menus. Also, I had a special request to accommodate to a birthday, which was confirmed by the staff to me, but it was never delivered. So that did fracture my experience here because I expected much better from such a name, reputation, hotel and if I am paying a $80 per head for the afternoon...
We went for afternoon tea .. service is quite friendly and the place is quite nice (second time here) .. tea selection is good .. there’s a good selections of savoury and sweet baked items however nothing blew our minds and few items were just a bit off (too sweet or bitter)
The service at EPOCH is outstanding. Ani and Em in particular deserve a shout out. Dinner was great and the atmosphere was really nice too. Highly recommended to those staying at the hotel or just looking for a good spot in Toronto for a drink or a meal.
