The food was a dream, the wine spot on, and the atmosphere a delight.
Order the mahi mahi and the black sesame panna cotta. Wonderful! Everything everyone has at our table was excellent.
Gluten free options available, including bread at the beginning, which was very nice.

It was an important occasion for our family and so we wanted to celebrate in the appropriate environs and selected TOCA because it was close to where we were earlier that morning.
There are three elements that make a restaurant stand out. The venue, the food and the service. The Ritz Carlton is a fancy place and the mezzanine space this restaurant occupies is not bad in terms of design but it feels a bit cramped and dark.
