I order the falafel wrap from here sometimes. It’s ok, but I never got one that was not ripped and fall apart everywhere. They even put liquid in the wrap so it’s extra messy. After spending $16 for a wrap and drink, half my lunch falls to the floor. They to train staff how to make a wrap.

First time here. Used the Hey Chef app to order for pick up. When I got there had to wait a very long time to get my order. When I finally got my order it was wrong.
It's faster and more accurate if you go there and order in person. The person preparing my order has vision problems and read my order wrong hence prepared it incorrectly.

even though they were technically closed, the worker still made my order as the last customer. I ordered a philly cheesesteak wrap, which has steak, home fries, cheese and a ranch and Buffalo like sauce. it was so good I actually might go to sunnybrooke through the er just to eat that wrap again. AMAZING

I never write reviews but this one touched a nerve. I have never been so disrespected in my life till today in this extreme pita location located at sunnybrook hospital! They need to fire the 2 Pilipinos females that work in the morning shift ASAP! I will be notifying head office tomorrow morning this is no way or shape or form of disrespect to Pilipinos for I have ties with them. These two females gotta get the boot if this location wants to prosper. The will no longer be getting my business.

We were both very hungry as we were waiting for my sister that was in recovery. My wife ordered the chicken bowl and I ordered the salmon bowl with quinoa. My wife’s bowl had no Flavour from the chicken whatsoever. It was almost like it was synthetic chicken, my salmon bowl with the quinoa was so dried out and crunchy it was disgusting. They keep the quinoa in a metal container on the hot flattop cooking continuously so it dries out to the point of being rock hard. We are what we could do to the issue with my sister. I wrote their head office and I got an apology back but no offer of replacement for mine. I wrote them back again and said the least you could do is replace my meal and received nothing back as a response. Really poor customer service. The couple serving behind the counter were really not friendly at all and should not be allowed to work with the public either. Will I visit or recommend extreme pita to anyone else- of course not.
