Lunik is the cheapest and best place on Glendon campus to get a coffee and/or baked good. Run by students, this is a non profit co-op and the chillest space to hang out you'll find anywhere at York (Keele included!). Even better, become a volunteer! Find community. Learn about sustainability and practical democracy! Save the planet! SAVE THE PLANET!!!
Not super clean, but its run by everyone! Located in the basement of Glendon Manor, this little co-op offers all vegan/gluten-free food and snacks for pay what you can prices as well as suggested prices. This place is run by volunteers and requires students to clean up after themselves if they use cutlery and dishware. A small portion of students' tuition goes to running this cafe/lounge, so I'd suggest coming down at least once during your stay at Glendon!

This place is literally the quintessential "friends" hangout spot that every college student needs to relax, study, socialize or just vibe with. The fact that there's amazing (cheap af) food, board games, and lovely staff, like this is the best board game cafe, coffee cafe, and student lounge combined!
