I stumbled upon this and decided to go in. First, they have parking right at the restaurant, which is a nice perk. Second, the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was tastefully done. Typically pho restaurants are minimalist at best. Third, the staff member greeted me politely and was very attentive while I was there.
