Standard Firkin experience. Food is consistent and reasonably good, service is good, beer is cold. Gets the job done but won’t necessarily stand out as an exceptional experience. Would love to see more micro-brewed craft beer on the menu.

Two floors with plenty of seating and space to move around. Excellent for dates, meetups and just hanging out.*Check your reciept before paying for a 20% tip added to the bill. Quite unprofessional and shocking to see.

The staff was very friendly. You could tell that COVID protocols were in place. They ensured we had good service and checked on us frequently. The apps we had were very tasty and for sure a revisit/reorder. On a weekday after work it's a great place to hang out without it being too loud or too crowded.

My issue here is there is not any green/not deep fried options. Nothing fresh, not even a side salad. The service, the location, the space are all great for group hang but you only get beige food alas. Don't get me wrong the food they do have is fine, but it would be nice to have even a grilled chicken sandwich ya know? Left very hungry. Previous visits to other locations i did not have this issue, could always find a side salad with grilled shrimp or chicken, was surprised this wasn't here too.

This is my first time coming to this restaurant chain. The inside was very spacious and clean. We are out on the patio although it was a little chilli. I did see some space heaters maybe they will have it out soon. The service was quick which was nice because we were hungry. Our server was also very friendly. The food tasted like regular pub food. Their margaritas could get better.
It's a nice place to have dinner. Loved the cocktail and natchos

Rebecca and Simon were great, really airy atmosphere, the skylight above the upstairs bar is fantastic, maybe get them cleaned once in a while,(don't mind me, but, would make it more incredible), the upstairs patio is great whenever it's open, especially during Pride, standard pub fare, executed decently, attentive and friendly service, check it out!!!

I would give a negative about this place if possible. I went there with a couple of friends and I have never had a more rude experience with a waiter than this place.The guy was named Simon and he might have had a bad day or something due to which he was extremely unaccomodating and lowkey hostile to the very customers he earns his livelihood from. He misbehaved with my lady friend when she ordered for chicken wings and also with another friend when asked about availability of some drinks.Moreover, the cocktails at the place were just bad. I got the Jungle Bird which is supposed to have 2.25oz of rum but felt like just a normal pineapple juice. Added to that, our really competent waiter took about 25 mins to get the cocktail and had absolutely no sense of apology.I normally do not dish out bad reviews and try to represent the best in the places I go to, but this place is just below average!My advice: shut down your business and do something else if you cannot treat your customers fairly!
