I came by to buy some matcha and I received amazing customer service and the guy helping me (could be the owner I am not sure) was very very kind. He gave me their vegan coconut cookie and it was DELICIOUS!! I have allergies to dairy and eggs so having something vegan be so delicious was a delight. Would love to come back :)
The folks here did ultimately help point me in the right direction of a replacement for the part that they lost. It cost me more than it should have, but I am grateful for their help. Especially Fred, thanks
