Love Island Foods! When they returned to the neighbourhood my friends and I were thrilled. Even in these belt tightening times we get out to Island Foods almost every week for our regular order.Food so delicious and warm, you'll forget all the dreary winter weather and construction grime. Can't go wrong!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options!

We love Island Foods! We were regulars when it was over on King. But it closed and we moved out of the neighborhood. So this is our first time at this location - and it did not disappoint. I had my fav - boneless goat roti. The trick is to eat in and order it with gravy on the top. Lot of deep rich curry gravy really makes it into something special. It's the best thing!
