I will start by saying how wonderful the servers were. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the food. Our appetizer Buffalo chicken was tiny bits of barely there chicken that were too hard to chew. The flatbread crust was over cooked and hard to chew. They need to improve on bigger portions and quality if they want repeat customers. Otherwise, people will decide to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.

It is Friday Aug 22nd, 10:09 pm, we were and F&F at 940 pm, sat down and got up and left at 10 pm, as no one served us. We were sat on the patio in the corner close to the front door...very very odd experience as the F&F is solid usually, food and service...very unusual for a Friday night and I really love their York Mills Pilsner 😔....we got at Jack Astors at Shops now ( as of writing ) and our drink order has already been taken....must be full moon tonight....do better Fox and Fiddle...

The service was terrible. Only one waitress to look after a large group. She was rude and not attentive and did not listen and we never got our order yet we were charged for an item that we didn't get. The wings were not accompanied with any carrots or celery sticks.

Slow service. Management or owners were there but didn't help at all. Out of 2 types of draft. Food service was quick but drinks and refills were slow. And we were 10 feet from the bar.
Create location and atmosphere. Service was excellentl by the waitress May. Highly recommend and cannot wait to be back.

Awful. Zero service. Place is empty. Two waitresses talking to each other, hanging in the back. Can’t get a refill on my empty glass. I asked how much “dusting on the wings”. Menu says lightly dusted. THE WINGS ARE FROZEN AND BREADED. TASTE ASIAN LIKE MSG. AWFUL. THE ONLY REASON I DECIDED TO TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW IS BECAUSE I’M NOW BEING ENTERTAINED WITH AN F-BOMB LACED PROFANE HIP HOP SONG DURING MY LUNCH!! LUNCH!!!! LOL. 3 BEERS AND BREADED WINGS, $60. Firstly this location is huge. The servers are very welcoming and they make sure to suggest you great dishes. Super polite and courteous. I loved the chicken fettuccini. I must say the price, quality and quantity of food all 3 go hand in hand. Ambience is nice. The bar here is mesmerizing. Finally the desserts are perfect to end your meal.

It's totally ridiculous. After 6 visits to our table to clarify our order all we received was water and yesterdays coffee. Returned the coffee and left. Greatful we didn't stick around for thr food, what we can only assume would have been just as disappointing as the service.
