We had our office Christmas party at Fox and Fiddle last Friday, and it was a great experience. They offered a set menu option, and the prices were very reasonable. There were both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices available. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice environment.
The food was delicious, including the appetizers, soup, main courses and dessert. A few of us were vegetarian, and we were very happy with the vegetarian options. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent. The waitress provided great service, and all the food was served at the same time, so no one had to wait.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Fox and Fiddle for group events or office parties.

We recently held our work Christmas party at The Fox and Fiddle, and I can say we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the quality of the food and drinks to the outstanding level of service, everything exceeded expectations. I was initially a bit hesitant due to the venue’s 3.9 star Google rating, but after our visit, I truly don’t feel that rating reflects the quality of this establishment at all. The event ran seamlessly, and both the bar and restaurant areas looked fantastic, warm, inviting, and well set up for a group function. A special thank you to Anton, the manager, who ensured all our requests were met and that we were well looked after throughout the evening. He was supported by a fantastic team of servers who did a terrific job. A particular shout out to Abi, our main server for the night. She did an excellent job working the room and making sure everyone was taken care of, friendly, attentive, and professional. We will definitely be returning with friends to enjoy the bar area. With TVs throughout the venue, it is also a great spot for watching sporting events. Thank you to the entire Fox and Fiddle team for hosting such a fabulous work function. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival we waited 5 mins to be acknowledged. The bartender had to leave her post to greet and seat us. From the moment we sat down we saw other guests beside us clearly frustrated. Hoping this wouldn't happen to us we ordered our drinks and food. We received half of the food we ordered for our kids and were yet to receive our drinks. With a gentle reminder the drinks came within 2 mins and the waitress tried to convinced us we ordered our food incorrectly for our boys. The guests beside us were having a similar experience with missing and very late orders. Food was constantly going to wrong tables and the staff seemed not to really care. I hope the team can get it together as past visits were much better. The staff were friendly but were not trained and guided correctly. Will not be returning in the near future.

I order from this restaurant frequently. I ordered grill chicken tacos from uber. It used to come with the side of fries which I didn’t got today, Moreover, no salsa and sour cream side as well. The taste of tacos were terrible too. There were only 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken in each taco rest filled with lettuce. So terrible order. I ordered because i had a long shift today and wanted to eat my usual and comfortable meal but got ruined perfectly. So thanks for that.

Hostess was really nice, server who took my order was really nice !! But the server who brought my food which took almost an hour which was a simple order of cheese burger & fries, didn’t care about the customers !! Just brought me the food & left to go flirt with the manager the whole time I was there !! The burger smelt & tasted so nasty !! But the server was too busy & distracted with the manager to pay attention to me & didn’t even bother to come back & ask how everything was !! I took one bite of the burger, paid for it & left !! Worst experience ever !!

I just ordered Shepherds pie because I had dental surgery & I needed something soft & easy. I found 3 extra long blonde hairs in my food. I tried calling several times but there was no answer. I will update my review if i get ahold of them.

I will start by saying how wonderful the servers were. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the food. Our appetizer Buffalo chicken was tiny bits of barely there chicken that were too hard to chew. The flatbread crust was over cooked and hard to chew. They need to improve on bigger portions and quality if they want repeat customers. Otherwise, people will decide to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.
