Slow service. Management or owners were there but didn't help at all. Out of 2 types of draft. Food service was quick but drinks and refills were slow. And we were 10 feet from the bar.

Awful. Zero service. Place is empty. Two waitresses talking to each other, hanging in the back. Can’t get a refill on my empty glass. I asked how much “dusting on the wings”. Menu says lightly dusted. THE WINGS ARE FROZEN AND BREADED. TASTE ASIAN LIKE MSG. AWFUL. THE ONLY REASON I DECIDED TO TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW IS BECAUSE I’M NOW BEING ENTERTAINED WITH AN F-BOMB LACED PROFANE HIP HOP SONG DURING MY LUNCH!! LUNCH!!!! LOL. 3 BEERS AND BREADED WINGS, $60. I’LL TAKE MY F-ING LUNCH MONEY ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME. UPDATE: IN THE 36 MINUTES SINCE I LEFT THIS REVIEW, NEITHER OF THE TWO WAITRESSES HAVE COME TO MY TABLE. THERE ARE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS HERE. Firstly this location is huge. The servers are very welcoming and they make sure to suggest you great dishes. Super polite and courteous. I loved the chicken fettuccini. I must say the price, quality and quantity of food all 3 go hand in hand. Ambience is nice. The bar here is mesmerizing. Finally the desserts are perfect to end your meal.

It's totally ridiculous. After 6 visits to our table to clarify our order all we received was water and yesterdays coffee. Returned the coffee and left. Greatful we didn't stick around for thr food, what we can only assume would have been just as disappointing as the service.

Food is super yummy and service is great! Steak dinner comes with mixed vegetable sides. Buffalo chicken nacho comes with jalapeno pickles that could be spicy for kids, but tastes perfect to me.

Food took too long, service was horrible, the bill alone took 20mins we were only 3 people, ya can't see myself coming back here🤷🏻♂️

Came here for brunch and it was quite disappointing. It took over an hour for our party to receive the food we had ordered and one person in our party did not receive their food at all. Most of the food was not what was described on the menu, and a few members of our party received the wrong dishes. The servers do not appear to be familiar with the menu items. Plates and cutlery were also dirty and the coffee was cold. Will not be returning here and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Gave this place 2 chances and both experiences have been absolutely awful. Our first visit last week we were told by the waitress the wings were on special so we ordered those and it turned out they were not on special. Tonight we went back and ordered different things. The host team never told the waitress we were seated in her section so we waited and waited and waited. The waitress eventually walked by us to tend to another group and looked surprised we were there. We ordered drinks and food. Drinks were made incorrectly and food was not good. We spoke to the manager who took 1 drink off our order and did not acknowledge and address any other concern we had. I would not suggest going here

I’ve been meeting up with friends and family here for years and it’s also my go to place while watching the Leafs. Whether it’s for lunch or dinner the food is pretty good and the atmosphere is pleasant. It’s basic bar food but a scale up from the usual. I recommend any burger they serve, which is always tasty. They have numerous beers on tap so you have choice. The service is five star and always friendly!
