Have been here twice now, both visits didn’t disappoint. Staff here are super friendly and it’s a great classic old-style vibe. They do not skip on the portions either! I got the cheddar jalapeño burger and the burger was super juicy and a nice big burger that made me full. This place was amazing and I definitely would tell everyone to give it a try. Very good stuff!
Great greasy spoon diner, and one of only a few left in the area, but about half the time the food is slightly wrong lol. Ordered breakfast a few times and got bacon when asked for sausage or no sauce on a sandwich and had to ask for it. Got a thai chili chicken wrap to go yesterday, but for some reason they also put ranch on it, kinda gross. Decent diner vibes if you've got time, sometimes when busy it takes a while for the food. Staff is kind and most of the menu items...
One thing Toronto is not short of is diners and Frankie’s is a Toronto classic!
Diner eats for the whole family in the downtown area. Steps away from major photo-worthy attractions such as the Eaton Center and Nathan Phillips Square.
A family of 4 can dine for under $100 (choice dependent, including tax and gratuity).
Frankie’s is energetic, bustling and welcomes walk-ins! It’s always a good sign when a restaurant is busy!
