Great diner in Toronto. Perfect place before we had to leave town. Good food. Only complaint is the coffee cups are small and servers had a hard time doing refills on top of everything else. Highly recommend.

Fish and Chips were pretty bad. The fish was dry and tough with no flavouring, salt and pepper couldn't save it. The mayo that it comes with was tangier/sour than a piece of complementary lemon. All that for $23 felt like a scam

If you are going to charge those prices without offering the convenience of true 24/7 dining, expect customers like me to recognize that no level of nostalgia can cover up a bad deal.
Insult to injury? Food has gotten bad over time. Used to be so solid. 4 AM chicken and waffles.
Hopefully the next era of management brings this Toronto institution back to life.

Pretty cool old style diner. Black coffee was good. Pineapple mimosa wasn't too sweet either which was great. It was mid morning quiet. Staff were nice. Good food for kids as well as adults! Go check it out if you have the time!
