Good food and good service but this location is busy at lunch time and only has one person working!! How come?? The staff member was working 120% of her time, not sure if she got time to breath! I was more than 10 min waiting and she prepared more than 10 orders alone. Everybody was waiting. The company should put at least 2 people here on rush hour.

Worst Freshii location I asked extra dressing cuz their rice wasn’t cooked properly and this is what I got, this is supposed to be a bowl not a soup :/

Hi, I work at 121 freshii. I just wanted to clarify customer name GARO who left us review before me. He ordered one pangoa bowl and he asked for cilantro-lime dressing instead of bbq dressing. Also he said he want extra sauce which I should charge for extra dressing since he asked. But he said in Freshii app it doesn’t charge for extra dressing so he wanted to order through Freshii app. It was very busy that time. When his order came through it was that time when rice was at the bottom in cooker. I don’t like wasting food so I put little bit of rice from there and put rest rice from new cooker. That’s the reason why rice was probably little bit hard but it was all cooked. So about the lots of dressing looks like soup he said is when I was making his food I already put the extra dressing since he wanted it from start(we didn’t charge). He came back again n asked for extra sauce saying rice was uncooked n he want extra sauce again so I put extra sauce again. Cilantro lime dressing is liquid type so obviously it gonna look like soup cuz he asked for it. We apologize for everything n he embarrassed us by saying “I’m never coming here, this location is very busy”. And now he left us review saying all that. We are thankful for serving u. But we will clarify if it’s not our fault. Thank u again :)

It is a crime against humanity to charge $10 for just rice with bbq sauce.
They put chicken in my vegan bowl and casually say "it happens sometimes".. Seriously?? Never again.. if you don't respect a person's dietary or religious restriction

I come here almost everyday for lunch, they have options for me as I suffer from celiac disease. I must say though the customer service at this location is pretty bad. The cashier is quite rude and the workers always seem to mess up my order. Usually they forget sauces all together or items I can’t have. When I go up to ask for sauce I seem to receive attitude from the attendants. After today I don’t think I will be back to this location at all, sad because I come here at least 2-4 times a week. Now they have lost a loyal customer and I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I tried the Kale salad. It was very bad. Did not taste good at all wash not fresh had weird after taste. I ended throwing it out...waste of money
