Great fresh meals and strangely there is never long waiting lines. Definitely a hidden gem downtown for lunch!

I am so grateful Freshwest Grill , the little gem, exists in Scotia Plaza , Which always a good choice for lunch . Days after Days, Freshwest grill continues presenting excellence of freshness and quality. Nostalgic and homey food that leaves your belly satisfied.I have enjoyed their deliciously prepared food , consistency of quality and serving you proudly. Freshwest grill is not only the spot to satisfy your palate but also the place where you can meet the incredible staff. LEX and his team always can brighten your day by their exceptional service, especially the server --MO (the girl with glasses and mask on ) is always ready to go extra miles for customer . Unfortunately this wasn't great. I almost thought I had accidentally forgotten to add meat to my burrito after I ordered via Uber Eats, but there was 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken throughout the whole burrito. Over-use of rice and beans to try and fill it up so it looks big, and the flavor was quite plain. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The store is nasty and full of cockroaches. The rice and the veggies are too bad. Generally the food is not fresh after 2 pm , and the portions are way too little compared with the other locations.

Cockroaches! I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall right besides the counter where they serve the salads.. They lady didn't say anything and ignored my complaint

Very tasty and filling!I got the Inside Out burrito with chicken and I was pleased with how great it tasted. Very fresh ingredients and seasoned chicken and the burrito sauce is awesome! Definitely a must try.
