Food was amazing. Had the spicy chicken udon and salmon see. Great experience overall.

My favourite sushi place in the St Lawrence neighbourhood.

I ordered one yellow tail sashimi and one salmon sashimi for take out. When I opened the box, I realized that they seemed very old and had been frozen and defrosted several times. I returned to the store with the box since I couldn’t finish eating them after I found there was something inside of yellowtail sashimi as well as they were very fishy and had weird texture, which you could see from the picture. Unfortunately the store closed early, so I just had to throw them away. I order yellowtail and salmon all the time and never had this issue with other restaurants. Just don’t order sashimi or sushi here.. it was not cheap either. You could get a lot better for $30.

Great food and dining experience. No frills just pure Japanese food.

The servers were very helpful and service is very fast.

I came here during lunch after my classes. The bento they offer is tasty. I had the teriyaki and tempura bento (meat subject to availability). The food came out very quickly and I received ice cream at the end of my meal, which was a nice surprise. Thank you!

My go to sushi place when I’m in the area! This place has impeccable service, and you don’t feel rushed like in most TO restaurants.

The sushi is super yummy and the portions very generous. My favourite is their lasagna rolls

Cozy little Japanese restaurant with a family-run vibe. It's not flashy, just comfy. We've been coming here for a very long time, and while it's not the fanciest sushi you'll ever have, it's fresh and really consistent. Let's just say that I've been to more expensive, trendy sushi places in town and gotten food poisoning - but never once had any such issues with Fuzen. The owners are really friendly and we occasionally get comped an appetizer, which is very kind of them (I suppose they must recognize us by now!). Dinner typically ends with a delightful scoop of ice cream on the house, too. We live in the neighbourhood, so I guess we're going to be a bit biased, but we love this little restaurant!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Our kids love this place!

I’ve been getting take out from this place for a couple of months now and I can confidently say that it is one of my favourites in the city. It is a bit expensive, but I am willing to pay a bit more for quality food like this. The salmon is always beautifully cut in good portions and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Their spicy mayo is also perfectly balanced. I can’t say enough good things about it!

This place is so ridiculously over priced. $7.50 for a salad with less then 8 leaves and $5 for tiny miso soup . The sushi was falling apart. $31 before tip for an avocado roll, spicy salmon roll, salad and soup for LUNCH is absolutely insane. Don’t recommend.

A nice restaurant sushi spot with some good combo options. We got a shared platter boat that feeds 4 and spent roughly $30 each. The staff was nice, and it’s in a great location! We were given free ice cream at the end.

Food was good... The atmosphere was dull... Service was excellent! Food portions compared to prices were bad. I paid 30 bucks for 8 mediocre Dragon rolls. My friends paid even more for their portions and we all agreed it was not worth it.
