One of the best Gelateria’s I’ve been to! They have different and exotic flavours

I went in here on 11/06 and I entered the place at 9:45pm. The store closes at 10pm. Right off the bat - the lady working told us to choose our ice creams asap and that she is alone to close so she wants to close early. I asked her to taste two flavours and she barely had anything on the taster spoon and just gave it to us. Rushing us once again. Me and my friend just got a random flavour and I had thrown my taster spoon. When asked for another spoon - I got scolded by the staff for asking another one. I am a regular at the Yorkville location so this experience was quite strange and uncomfortable.

For those who enjoy good gelato options and very well-made gelatos, Gemma is a great option to visit. The gelateria is located close to several shops, banks, bus stops and between Dansville and Eglinton stations.
For those arriving by car, there is a paid parking lot in front of the establishment, as well as other points on Avenida Younge.
The store offers excellent accessibility for customers with disabilities and limited mobility: access ramp, automatic door opening, seats that fit wheelchairs (unfortunately, they do not have a menu in Braille, but the attendants are always ready to help).
The gelatos are extremely tasty and very well served. The service is great, and you also have the option of taking some home and not just eating it locally.
For those with dogs, pets are allowed in the outdoor area. It is definitely worth checking out.

Cute little gelato shop with so many delicious flavors! I have been here twice in one week to try pistachio (OMG we went with a Persian friend and she loved it so I had to get it- the complex flavours blew my mind) and passion fruit (tart and a bit sweet). I got two scoops and loved the balance of tart passion fruit and creamy pistachio!!
Parking: Free 1h on small streets or paid in the Farm Boy building ($15 flat evenings, or free first 40 mins with a purchase from Farm Boy in the daytime). GreenP street parking in front of the store, if there's a spot.
The ice cream and service is great, not to find fault. Ice cream has unique taste,and service is nice and kind. But flipped flag of Ukraine disappointed me,there is a war going on in the country now, Canada is helping Ukraine and accepting immigrants. Therefore this is not acceptable,I don’t deny there may have been other opinions regarding politics,so I don’t impose my opinion.But I am writing a review - and this is what I think.

Yesterday evening, my husband and I went to an ice cream shop. I stepped out of line to get a glass of water and asked an employee for tap water. Instead of filling the glass, she only gave me a small sip. I was really shocked by this behavior. I was about to order ice cream and I was very hot. I didn't understand the reason for this meanness and rudeness in not providing a full glass of water.
