Great service, friendly staff
Very disappointed - they close their kitchen early and had gone more than an hour before closing and I couldn't get their bubble waffles. Not even 8pm on a weeknight.
Drink was too slow. The drink was ready but no one served it to me.
The manager is the best! She answered all of my questions about Gongcha and even helped me to choose my first gongcha drink!

Location is very busy, but the girls at the counter are very polite and efficient with customer service. Drinks were served a few minutes within ordering even during peak hours. 4/5 due to limited space and crowding due to location beside escalators. (The pumpkin milk tea was really good!)

HORRIBLE. I ordered wintermelon 50% sugar, it tasted like 70% and had 0 wintermelon taste and was very dark compared to wintermelon. I've worked at gong cha before and this isnt right. Also it was lukewarm. Will not be ordering from this location again

Made a big group work order from here and they did not deliver enough straws. We had to go somewhere else to get big straws so we could drink the tapioca. The drinks were fine though, but ruined experience.

Suji is amazing, I forgot to pick up add ons for my drink and helped me out! Not to mention the drinks - I recommend an iced matcha ! Their drinks are customizable that can be tailored to your preference.
