Tapioca is mushy. Milk tea tastes weak.
I really don’t understand how this place thinks it’s okay to have only two staff working during the busiest lunch hour — especially at Eaton Centre. I ordered a simplest most basic bubble tea and ended up waiting 25 minutes. That’s just ridiculous for a bubble tea place. The cashier kept leaving the counter to help make drinks, which made the line move even slower. At one point, there were five finished drinks sitting on the counter, but no one m to hand them to customers. Meanwhile, about 30 people waiting in that tiny corner with no communication or apology from the staff. Everyone there was clearly on a lunch break or between classes. Nobody has time for this! If the orders are that backed up, they should at least warn customers before taking more orders. Honestly, just hiring one more person would have made a huge difference. Couldn't even get a refund because there was no one at the cashier. Poor staff, I feel so bad for them. Terrible management. I won’t be coming back.
Gong Cha has great drinks! I personally love any fruit tea here. The only thing about this location however is that the service tends to be kind of slow (especially on busy days/weekends) since it’s the Eaton centre. Otherwise, a great place for bubble tea!
Today, I ordered bubble tea with 70% sugar, expecting it to be less sweet than the regular version. After I tasted it, it was very sweet just like a regular drink, so I asked the staff. They told me that 70% is their standard sugar level, which was confusing. I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointing for an $8.25 drink. Please make the sugar level options clearer to customers. i wasted almost 10dollors.
Mid bbt but probably the best you can find in eaton center. They have basil seed toppings which is a plus
Shouldn’t try mango smoothies, not real mango, its powder. Worst drink ever try.
The service was quick and efficient. There were samples for their Lychee Passionfruit Green Tea. Sadly there were some drinks that were sold out, mainly their mango flavoured drinks.
The service and food was overall good, i always go here to get a drink after work.
Good staff!
My favourite bubble tea place at Eaton Centre!

its really good matcha— not too sweet!
Diksha in eatons location is very helpful and have very good customer service
I clearly asked for 70% sugar. There was no sugar in my boba tea. It tasted like shit. Please train your crew properly.
Delicious as always !!!!
Great customer service. It was my first time having something from Gong Cha. The staff who took the order, Deeksha gave a good recommendation.
