One of my everyday go to place. They have best sandwiches, sushi, and my favourite salmon poke.
I like the ambience of this place ,even their staffs are very nice and welcoming.
Lately I have been going to this place a lot for coffee. Their Barista DONIYA she makes the best coffee. I highly recommend everyone to go there and try their food and coffee ❤️

I'm a 2nd generation Trontonian! I've been living in Toronto all my life! I'm 64, I just happened to stumble upon the Green Box, which used to be the Starbucks. All I can say is WOW!! I had the Avacodo, egg salad wrap 😋, as well the Manuka honey Latte, delicious! The place is clean and the menu items are incredibly healthy! Oh yes nice bathrooms as well!! I highly recommend the Green Box, for all your foodie needs!!!

it was good, the service was not the best orders were taking a long time for everyone during the lunch service (11:30am) i got the green curry chicken rice bowl. it was yummy, but i was expecting more of a curry but it was just dry rice with a small bit of green sauce which did not taste or look like a curry the broccoli was the highlight of the dish had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken in it which was very disappointing very nice presentation super loud music tables were a bit dirty inside and outside decent flavour on the rice bowl, but nothing that would make an impression. a bit dull

I bought a bowl of braised beef brisket that looked promising. It came with a bit of salad, mushrooms, and caramelized onions on the side, along with the beef. At first glance, the portion looked generous and well presented, but to my surprise, most of the bowl was just plain white rice (with a bit of yellow rice mixed in).
The food in general had no seasoning at all — I’m not exaggerating. The beef was tasteless, the rice had no flavor, and even the mushrooms were bland. The only thing with real taste was the caramelized onions (for obvious reasons). I ended up adding my own salt and pepper.
For a $21.41 (after tax) takeout order, it’s just not worth it for me. I expect a flavorful meal when I’m paying restaurant prices — that’s the point of ordering out instead of cooking myself. On top of that, more than 80% of the dish was rice, which felt excessive in carbs compared to the actual beef and sides.

I never do this but I recently ate a meal here. I purchased a drink and as they were closing and I was on my way out, asked if they could just put a bit of tap water in my purchased cup. They told me I needed to pay for the tap water. There was no explanation other than that they charge. For tap water. To fill my already purchased cup.

We love this place, staffs are friendly and food is great, I tried the Tuna Poke bowl and my friend had the Roast beef sandwich last time,we both enjoyed it very much, Tuna Poke was one of the best I ever had,very fresh and healthy,I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner in financial district.
I've only ordered one item on the menu, and every time it was prepared differently. When I brought this to their attention, they also seemed confused. On the plus size, it has always been fresh. However, still overpriced and poor customer service, have stopped me from coming back.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding a visit I made to your outlet at Queen St W, ON, on May 8, 2025, in the morning.
After not getting any response from the complaint done via mail, I thought it’s better I mention it here.
I had ordered an Avocado Toasted with Chia and a Beet, Carrot, Ginger, Apple, Lemon drink. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the drink was past its expiry date; the sticker at the bottom clearly stated May 6. Since consuming it, I’ve experienced discomfort in my throat, which I believe may be related.
While I acknowledge that I should have checked the date myself, I did not expect this from an establishment known for its hygiene and quality.
I have both an image of the drink showing the expiry date and my card transaction record to verify my visit and purchase.
I hope this message serves as a request to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I trust you will look into this seriously to prevent it from affecting other customers.
