Loved the experience at Ruth's Chris Downtown Toronto. We ordered the16 oz ribeye, 16 NY strip, Creamed spinach, potato au gratin, and lobster Mac and cheese. These were the perfect pairing for the rich and perfectly cooked usda beef that was both rich and succulent. The service was attentive, humorous and thoughtful. An amazing experience overall and definitely worth the visit! ?
General manager here, Steven, offers truly exceptional service. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and started the evening off with a snag completely out of the staffs hands/related to corporate policy. Nonetheless, Steven worked to problem solve with us and salvaged a night that was looking pretty grim at first. Thanks so much, Steven - you ensured our anniversary was a memorable, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know you during the process.Will be back.
