Big juice fella here and can admit haven’t visited the Greenhouse in-store yet only had their retail and it was a great experience with their fresh smoothies. The mint condition was on point, the undercover greens, however was ice overload.

1/ they’ve double charged me for deliveries — and when asked to reverse the charge they basically offered to cancel my membership? 2/ even though items are set for delivery before hand they ran out ‘due to high demand’ just not genuine in their communication. The point of pre selection of juices is so you can organize accordingly. No word on swapping, just said we’ll give you a refund and no word on when the delivery will now be. 3/ delivery fixed to one day a week so if you were looking frwd to your juice — now you’re out of luck. Second part, their interface allows you to select a diff day but apparently that never went through, it’s the same with their general web interface where if you’re adding to a subscription, many times it just doesn’t go through and stays in your cart. 4/ the 900ml amounts are always out of stock
For someone overpaying for nutritional water you’d think the service would be a bit better.

Just came in today (Thursday) close to closing time to pick up a large order. Despite me coming in minutes before closing, the lady who helped me was extremely helpful and polite and re-packed my order. Looks like you have great staff here. Will be back.

Not so green actually, I thought I’m getting fresh pure juice but extremely water down. Wouldn’t recommend.

I come here once in a while to get immunity shots and kombucha. Sometimes I get their undercover greens smoothie. Keep in mind that they may run out of some ingredients for their smoothies/bowls. Their kombucha is tasty especially the cranberry and lime flavour . I personally don’t like their Rococoa, Matcha shake or Latte bottles because it taste like sugar free oat milk. Too healthy for me haha. Overall, they have a lot of flavours and they currently have their fall flavour drinks available.
