As a true Swiss we had been searching for a real cheese fondue and found it at Carens. We also had the steak frites, beet salad and chocolate flourless tart. Everything was delicious. The service from our French waiter was outstanding. This place is not pretentious and has great food. We will be back.
Absolutely loved our visit to Carens. The fondue (both cheese and chocolate!) were so delicious and the staff were so attentive and kind. You could tell that they really cared about their service and wanted to create a great atmosphere for guests. I was skeptical because of some of the other reviews, but I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for a intimate date night or with a group.

What a wonderful little gem to stumble across! My friend and I went here for brunch today and were so happy we did! The food was delicious (both had eggs benedict), atmosphere quaint and very french, and service delightful. Highly recommend!
