The two workers in the morning on Wednesday Feb 12 were horrific. They both had their fingers directly in their mouth and did not wash their hands before making a smoothie. It looked like they were biting their nails, and the one with the blonde highlights seemed to be removing food from her teeth. Besides this, they were unbelievably rude and had no customer skills. But when a man walked in after my friend and I, they were super nice to him.

The service at this establishment left much to be desired, and unfortunately, it overshadowed any potential for a pleasant atmosphere. Our experience was deeply disappointing and downright shocking.
After placing an online order, we arrived 20 minutes later only to find that it hadn’t even been started. When we politely asked to cancel the order and re-place it for delivery due to time constraints, the response was appalling. A staff member with purple accents in her hair not only refused to accommodate our request but also used highly inappropriate language, aggressively telling us to leave and never return.
We left empty-handed, feeling disrespected and insulted. Given the hostility we encountered, we couldn’t trust that any future order would be handled properly or safely. This level of unprofessionalism and outright meanness from the staff is unacceptable. Never have we experienced such a lack of basic courtesy and respect.

I have been three times and had a terrible experience each time. Most recently they informed me after ordering that they were not accepting debit or any form of tap payment and that I needed a physical Visa card to pay. The time prior they charged me for two orders of protein powder that I didn’t order or receive. And the time before that I waited 20 min for my drink as they prepared smoothies and food for three group after me while I stood waiting.
I love their product but can not support the terrible service at this location.

I ordered a bunch of time from Uber Eats, supposed to be 15-30 mins. I've ordered more than twice, it took way more than an hour every single time and the order always came messed up, the restaurant has zero respect for their customer’s time. You can find better smoothies and puddings at better prices elsewhere. Don't bother with this establishment.

I brought 101 bottles back ( not my first time as well). The white girl that was working at July 18 at 2 pm. Was not only rude and uncooperative…. I don’t think she carries the companies culture at all…. Not a good image for the whole green and recycle brand … specifically when mofo pike me spend around 1k on this product
