Disappointing. Had the pate, which was served straight out of fridge. Duck breast dish was bland, and the steak was super small. About the only thing I can recommend here is the garlic aioli. Won't be back.

My sister and I enjoyed an outstanding meal tonight. Each course was excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. The ambience relaxing and casual. Loved every aspect of the evening. Can't wait to return!

A little bit over rated to be completely honest. The food was good (Nothing poor but nothing memorable). The service was friendly but rushed (one server for the entire restaurant on a Friday night). The atmosphere is cozy but a little bit too tight (We had to slide our table to leave and come back from the washroom, and we're not large people).

Very surprised to see a 4.8, service was rude and unprofessional, the head server was dismissive of my date and I. The food matched the service, we got the bread, cheese, tartare and duck all were poor, small and bland. We both felt like the head waitress had it out for us from the minute we entered. The tartare tasted like nothing and was very small, the duck was cooked well but served on lentils that didn’t go with the duck.FYI. Most of the good reviews are dated (something I noticed after the fact). I never write reviews but this deserved it.

Brought my mother here for her 75th and we were all so impressed. The service was attentive and kind, the food excellent (we all had the prix fixe menu) and vibe perfect. Thank you for a lovely celebratory evening!

Second time there for a date night. We love sitting at the bar. Both staff members are very sweet and attentive. Such a nice vibe. Hats off to the chef that prepares each meal in a small open kitchen. Quality food and ambience. Will definitely be back.

Superb meal. We shared the croquettes, my partner had the streak frites, I had the cod special. Lovely cheese selection - we selected 2 French cheeses - and I nearly licked the bowl of lavender honey clean. We shared a creme brulee. And, there was a small but mighty selection of cidre (if you know, you know). Lovely evening. Great service. We'll be back!

Mediocre duck dish. Best thing we're the lentils but that's hardly a culinary stretch. Two slices of bread with pate.. crazy.. then I think was charged for extra bread. Really disappointing night.

Sorely disappointing. To start, we were seated by the entrance. People coming in and out kept brushing against me. Some even left the door open and I had to get up from my chair to close it. I cannot imagine why they would ever think that it's okay to place a table there in good conscience. The salad was bland but it was the best dish we had that evening. The paté was bitter and came with two small slices of bread. The tartare was sinewy and also came with two small slices of bread. The service was mostly absent and inattentive. It was as if what we told her would go through one ear and out the other. I do not recommend. There are better restaurants simply across the street.

Where has this restaurant been all my life??? Such a lovely place to dine.. atmosphere was so cozy, food was absolutely incredible, and the staff was nothing short of perfect. We had a wonderful dinner service there last night, and was confused with the comments made by people who rated this place a 1 star, and complained about bad service. No truth to those statements at all. We had 2 ladies working last night's shift, and handled a full restaurant with ease. And without exagerration, they are so good with the service, that even when I stepped away from the table to use the facilities, one of the ladies came over and even folded my napkin back to presentable status. Looking forward to coming back during the spring, summer or fall season in hopes of any changes/addition to the menu.Highly recommended... To make your dining easier, I recommend to book reservations. They will even personalize your reservation for you by placing your name on the assigned table.Ordered:1. Chicken liver paté - YUM!2. Beef tartar with quail - OMG!3. Cod main with veggie - Stomach grumbling4. Steak frites (bavette) with ridiculously yummy fries cooked in DUCK FAT??!! - Im not even going to mention the aioli sauce, cuz im getting hungry again5. Ending with Creme Brulee - perfect dessert to end our dinner.

Charming spot for a date night (we're a couple of Over50s.) Attentive, warm service, and lovely food from a tiny, open kitchen. And bonus: spacious washrooms on the main floor!

Remarkable little dining spot! The intimate space creates a cozy atmosphere, and both the food and service are truly impressive.

I had the coq au Vin and my husband had the Gretalicious special. The chicken was succulent but scarce on the plate. It consisted of one very small chicken thigh and curiously a few cubes of potato, pieces of carrot and a big hunk of baguette (not in fact Julia Child's take on the dish if you read her recipe from Mastering the Art of French Cooking). Given the extensive and expensive wine list I'm wondering why the restaurant chose to cheap out on the dish ($35 to my mind is over-priced for what came to the table) when typically restaurants make their profits from wine/drinks (we did have a bottle of Bordeaux). All in all a pleasant dinner but underwhelming. Service was very good but the music was on the loud side. Desserts were tiny. I'm not a fan of restaurants that serve really big portions but Greta needs to find the sweet spot between too big and too small and looking stingy.

Gorgeous food, simple and limited menu that leaves you with choices that rival their inspirations. Worth the fair price tag and more. Lovely cozy atmosphere lends itself to a restaurant at twice the price. They personalized a birthday celebration based on a third party app res. Service was amazing, food was phenomenal, honestly not enough good things to say. Just go. 5/5
