Gave away my reservation after I messaged them saying I would be 10 minutes late, didn't even bother replying to my message so when I got there 15 minutes late they turned me away. This is not how you host using OpenTable. Extremely unprofessional. At the minimum you can reply to my message saying you're giving away the table

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had and very reasonable price for the quality. The cacio e pepe was outstanding and the desserts were amazing. The place was quite busy but they managed to squeeze 2 of us in without much of a wait. 100% will go back when I visit Toronto again.

Terrible server, no follow up while I was seated, didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Zero engagement and unwelcoming. Alketa Q is the name on the receipt so hopefully there will be an opportunity for some hospitality related training. Super disappointing.

Came here late at night after the Raptors game, just before closing, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate us. Service was okay, they got everything done, but it didn’t feel particularly attentive.
The food, however, was great. The meatballs were honestly some of the best I’ve had, and the lasagna was really solid as well. I tried the mushroom pasta since the staff mentioned it was one of their best dishes, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
The location is super convenient, right in a busy spot in downtown Toronto near the Entertainment District. Overall, good experience and I’ll definitely be back for those meatballs.
