One of the cashiers very rude and disrespectful don’t go there unless you want to ruin your day
This location has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m bringing this up because today was the second time I visited this location around 11 PM, and both times the experience was disappointing. I was in the drive-thru picking up my order, and the staff were extremely rude. They lack the most basic etiquettes. Both times I was helped by different women, and both were equally dismissive and unprofessional. Today, after I received my order and said “thank you,” the staff member shut the window right in my face without acknowledging me at all. Harvey’s, please work on training your staff in basic customer service and common courtesy.

The service here is really awful. There are at least two employees who seem to make it their mission to make ordering here as miserable an experience as possible. I will name them here. One is the young Indian woman, and the other is the young Oriental Asian woman (who admittedly I have not seen in a while). They are both very passive aggressive, but the funny thing is they completely reverse their attitude whenever their manager is close by.
I would recommend to management that address this behavior before it starts to chase away their customers.
