Went twice during our few days in Toronto. I think that alone is a great review! This place is the perfect spot for great, homemade food, and very friendly service. Prices were great (not just for Toronto!), and the atmosphere of a place that just does good things really well is becoming a lost art in the age of social media, hype etc. Spend a minute, eat here: get the dill pickle soup (if you're lucky enough to be there on a day when they have it on Special), and the housemade...
Very cute (and very small) counter-bar cafe, with a side patio in warmer weather. Delicious and authentic Polish food, all fresh and homemade. Pierogies are delicate, bigos stew scrumptious, and donuts divine. A neighbourhood gem!
Delicious taste of Poland! We had the vegetarian cabbage roll, Polish kielbasa, and a cold Polish beer. Don’t miss their traditional Polish donuts! A beautiful, cozy spot that truly showcases Polish heritage and comfort food.
