I purchased an Angel 5500 juicer from here in early 2022.They made me pay full price for the juicer ($2000+) and shipped me a used juicer, probably the floor model.It had fingerprints all over it, everything was thrown in a box together, rubber rings on the machine had rips in it, and they even forgot to include the power cable, so I couldn’t use the juicer until they shipped it out.I called them and the older lady played d**** telling me it’s a brand new unit and can’t possibly be used. I spoke with someone else who agreed to refund me $200 and send me new plastic rings and a power cable.In hindsight, I should have just returned it and not given money to this inconsiderate business. Too bad they’re one of the only Angel supplier in Canada.Buy from somewhere else if you can.

Bad service. Rude, unhelpful supercilious old lady at counter. Sham return policy even if item, which is OVERPRICED, by the way, is unused. Will not buy a thing from them in the future, in store or online.

Not only may this store have the greatest variety of juicers in Toronto, but we had a GREAT experience dealing with the staff. Not only did we get an Angel juicer last fall for our office and get very helpful service, but Norm, one of the owners, spoke to us several times last week to help us out with our old Omega juicer that we are donating to someone, and helped me try to get parts for another juicer that we didn't buy there! He never got tired of all our questions even though he wasn't getting anything out of it! Other than the satisfaction of helping someone. He offered the best customer service I've ever seen in any store. Thank you so much Norm. Stay safe and have a great rest of your summer!

I purchased a Champion juicer from this business, many years ago and recently. I have always felt their service was excellent as well as their prices. I highly recommend them. I had an issue with a new juicer just purchased and Henry, on the spot replaced the part creating the problem and I was on my way!

Very bad and unprofessional service. They dont even have the proper information about the products they are selling. They would sell childrens product for adult n so on. I highly recommed checking the information on the product than relying on the store person.The best is not to go to this store!
