Been going to Billy's since I moved to Toronto 20 years ago, Don't let the interior put you off- if you are looking for good cheap breakfast/diner/Greek food, you will find it here. If you are missing your neighborhood greasy spoon, you will feel right at home.
Billys has been around for a veryyyy loooonng time. You can always get a fresh crisp delicious greek salad, the Greek food is awesome, breakfast is awesome and Ive been going here for decades. Pricing is reasonable! The restuarent is old and needs an entire make over, its never changed since ive been going there. But overall, great!
