It is just fine. Certainly not good enough to justify 4.8 star rating. Food is average, ordered something with the cloud egg, which looked pretty but clearly wasn't freshly prepared as it was cold, and didn't taste great (just had a whipped meringue-like texture, which made it impossible to mix the runny yolk into the dish as you normally would because the meringue is hard to break up). The whole vibe of the restaurant is sort of gimmicky - great backstory in the menu to all the dishes, but the food just doesn't live up to the hype.

the restaurant has such a cute back story and every dish was mindfully created based on the chef’s own experiences and relationships! I love how he shares all these stories on the wall and menu! cozy and warm atmosphere, good for hanging out!yummy food - Highmountain Tauren (the cloud egg is so unique!!), Heat-is-Coming (nice flavours and crisp!)our server was very sweet and attentive! will definitely be back to try other dishes!

The story behind this restaurant helps you understand the aesthetics of the atmosphere. All their food we had was delicious even their side salad had a unique dressing made to perfection.

It’s quite cozy hole in the wall place and surprisingly lesser known so it wasn’t crowded at all on the weekend. Food is delicious and affordable. Good quantity too! I like the chef has a story behind each dish.

The restaurant is tiny!!! Tiny restaurant for BIG flavours! The food was delicious with a twist to change it up from the usual Asian food! The coconut shrimp is a must try!!!! Great price, great serving size!!

We were here for winterlicious and first the food were outstanding. The sogogi and the Korean BBQ were richly flavored. The crispiness of the coco shrimp was terrific. I also really enjoyed the Vikini drink with berries and soda mix. The ambiance of the restaurant was great. The only downside is the fact that the service was very sloooooow (albeit very friendly). There was only 1 server for a busy weekend dinner. She handles takeout, Uber eats and dine in. Our entire dinner experience took us 2 hours. We were glad to have arrived early otherwise we saw line snaking through the door.Overall, great food but speediness/efficiency can be improved.

Very affordable meal that’s very home style feeling. Seasoning in their salad is really addictive - slightly sweet, spicy and tangy. Their signature scrs bowl brings together everything you’d want in a filling main. A well seasoned beef patty on top of a bowl of rice, with a whipped egg. The egg yolk helps create a really rich sauce that combines everything alongside the katsu sauce. Their homemade ice cream is very creamy and delicious, while their cheesecake uses black sesame to great effect to compliment the lighter strawberry taste

My experience wasn't as good as I expected. Not recommended for takeout I would say. Proportions are small and no side dishes at all. I got the pork bulgogi or something. Found the food too bland.

It's my first time trying the winterlicious at this restaurant and although the place is small, the food packs an awesome punch. We ordered the breaded shrimp for starters with the sogogi for the mains. This was accompanied by the dessert which consisted of a cruffle with ice cream, mini choco chips and a side of maple syrup. The person who served us was delightful too. The SCRS is a must try because the egg whites was soufflé and the yoke looked like the sun emerging from the clouds. Overall everything was delicious, and beef was tender and the only thing was I wish I could have lots more.
