The reason we go there is food but if staff keep behaving bad we may prefer some other place than Himalayan kitchen. Make sure to fix it ASAP. If you don’t want to lose your customers.Thanks

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The service at Nepali’s Restaurant is absolutely terrible. I was feeling extremely cold and unwell, and I simply asked for a glass of hot water. They couldn’t even provide something that basic. That says a lot about how careless and unprofessional the staff are. There was zero concern for customers and no sense of hospitality at all. It honestly felt like they didn’t care. The food itself was good, but what’s the point of good food when the service completely ruins the experience? Because of the awful service, I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered their Manchurian momo and they were so good

I visited Himalayan Kitchen this Wednesday evening with my child and ordered momo and chowmein, as suggested by the person taking the order. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and concerning.
Right after eating, my child began complaining of stomach pain, which later turned into severe indigestion, vomiting, and discomfort throughout the night. Even today, she is still not eating properly and continues to say her stomach hurts. I also felt unwell after the meal, experiencing stomach pain and indigestion.
The food itself didn’t taste the way it usually does. I’ve had momo from this restaurant last year and it was perfectly fine, but this time the momos were very dry and the taste felt completely different. Since my child was hungry, we just finished the meal, but I truly regret it now.
I hope the restaurant seriously looks into the food quality and hygiene because this experience was really unpleasant, especially for my kid.

I am not sure if the owner has this pride that himalayan Kitchen has internet fame, but it sucks now. Also not sure if he pays enough to his employees cause they never smile nor care about good service. Recently me and my boyfriend visited this place and our stomach was upset with lot of food enhancers added to our food. The only authentic dish is the steamed momos and I loved it. I hope the owner get to see my review. Also we were forcefully made to take the order that we wanted to cancel. They said they started my order even though i told we will let you know later if we need the dish.
