This place is absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. I bought an avocado smoothie that was completely spoiled, the smell and taste were terrible. When I called the owner to let them know, instead of apologizing or showing any responsibility, they just said: “Then just throw it away.” Seriously? That’s how you treat your customers?

Such an awful attitude and a total lack of care. It’s not even about the money — I didn’t ask for a refund — but the owner clearly doesn’t care at all about quality, hygiene, or customer experience. They only care about taking people’s money.

If you value your health and respect, stay far away from this place. Absolutely not worth a single cent!

I loved their pho—rich broth and tender beef made it unforgettable. The stir-fried chicken rice was just as tasty, with perfectly seasoned chicken and fluffy rice. Truly a delicious experience!

Food good, not the cleaning, you should see the washroom, they keep it like a storage, many flies, bugs, discousting.
All the place needs to be supervised.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORSE PLACE BY FAR, AND I MEAN THE WORSE FOR PORTION SIZE, TASTE WAS NOT SO GOOD EITHER, NOODLES WERE COLD, CHICKEN KIND OF STALE.. FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU PAY HERE, YOU WILL GET DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF CHICKEN AND NOODLES AT A RESTAURANT BY QUEENSWAY AND 427 CALLED, Pho Ngoc Yen.. the only reason i went to this Hoai Huong Restaurant is because the other one was closed, the other restaurant is about 10 times bigger and when open it is always full... but worth the wait...NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS Hoai Houng.. NEVER,,

I really loved the pho here. Very flavourful broth. Also had the durian smoothie and it was really good. I originally ordered avocado smoothie but they were out so the owner offered me other fruit option but she said she has fresh durian so I tried it. Smoothie is nice and frosty I love it !!!

My wife and was lucky to find this cozy place on our way. The food is tasty and service is fast and polite. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend this place if you just want to eat.

Dined here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Both ordered chicken and bamboo shoot with vermicelli in soup, and loved it! Full of flavour and very filling. Prices are fair as well.
