Frozen croissants does not rise much even following instructions. Have buying your frozen croissants for 2 years. Pls. advise.
J'ai eu la chance de goûter le Paris-Brest made by Hadrien et c'était vraiment EXCELLENT !
Je dois dire que je gardais un mauvais souvenir des Paris-Brest de mon enfance car je trouvais souvent la crème un peu écoeurante et là, celui d'Hadrien était tout simplement succulent...
Un très bon praliné orné de noisettes et amandes toastées qui apportaient du croquant au fondant de la crème : très bonne trouvaille !

What delightful pastries! Most recently I got to try the 'Galette de Rois' ... Oh so good! my mouth is watering as I write this! Perfect amount of sweetness, flakiness, and most important all natural ingredients :) I look forward to my next visit!

HV Bakery & Patisserie is one of the best bakeries in Etobicoke, offering wonderful pastries, both savory and sweet. The croissant is extraordinary and considered the best in Toronto. Other excellent items include the pain au chocolat, chocolate chunk cookie, citrus meringue tart, cinnamon cheesecake, and the Raspberry Bavarois. The baguette is high quality, crusty, and very affordable. While the menu is upscale and the products are worth the price, the space has only two tables. Service is friendly and kind, catering to your needs.
