This was my first time at Impact Kitchen and I’ll definitely be back! I ordered the braised beef sandwich with sweet potato wedges and it was absolutely delicious — super flavorful and the beef was so tender
The vibe is chill and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Shoutout to Sara who was running around between the counter and the floor but still took a second to help me out with a smile — you can tell she really cares. Great energy overall.

Finally made my way to Impact's Liberty location and it lives up to the Impact name. Janna was so kind and helpful and offered a couple reccos for a vegan meal! As is Impact's usual, it was quick, friendly, and great food!

I always have an excellent experience here, I come often to study or work on the weekends. They are always great at accommodating my dietary restrictions. Everything I've tried from food and drinks here are fantastic, recommend the Island Jerk bowl w/ chicken and the Lift smoothie.
Ordering is easy and fast, service is prompt. Lily always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience!
Definitely make a trip if you're in Liberty Village, especially in the nice weather and sit on the patio!

Delicious! My family and I are GF and seed oil-free so Impact Kitchen was a perfect match. Plus, the food was great. I had beef bone broth and the Zesty Mexican Bowl (with grilled chix).
Very extensive menu as well. Will definitely be back!
3.5/5. I went twice, yesterday and today. Yesterday it was amazing, great avocado toast and delicious protein smoothie, the staff was very nice and the place was quiet! Today, the same avocado toast was stale and super cold, the banana bread was too dry to eat and a tea that somehow took 15 minutes to prepare.
