Today was freezing out and my smart little self decided it would be fun to run outside. After my run I went to unlock my car but the fob didn’t work. I took off my gloves to try to get the manual key out with no success as my fingers were frozen and unable to move. I went into Impact Kitchen and explained my situation. I asked the lovely person working to help me remove the key from my fob. She tried to help but it wasn’t working so I asked if I could wait inside until my hands were functional again. Without hesitation she said absolutely and asked if I’d like a cup of hot water to warm my hands. I happily accepted. She came to check on me to see if I got the key out. I had not. She offered to try again and successfully got it to work! Not once did she look at me like a weirdo. She offered kindness and actual warmth! I super appreciated it. My money was in my car so I wasn’t able to buy anything but everything looked delicious and I will definitely be back! Shout out to the cashier that was working on Jan 19th at approx. 6pm! She seriously saved my butt and truly represented Impact Kitchen well.

I really love this place most of the time! The food is tasty, relatively healthy, and gluten free, which is a huge plus for anyone with a gluten intolerance or allergy. That said, I’m hesitant to return because the portions are very inconsistent. Some visits I get almost half the amount I received on previous visits. For the price, it feels like a gamble not knowing how much food you’ll get day to day. For a $30 wrap, it really shouldn’t be half empty. Regular customers definitely notice this, and it’s frustrating since the price doesn’t change with the portion size and I’m left in the dark about whether or not I’ll get what I expected when I order.

It was my first time eating here, and I was impressed. I had the Olympia power bowl and added falafel as my protein. It was the perfect amount, not too much and not too little. I also had the cold pressed juice in the warm glo flavour. Even though there is cayenne powder added, it gives the drink the perfect amount of kick. The staff are very kind and patient too. I also loved the setup and overall atmosphere of the location. I'll have to stop by here again.

Had a great experience at Impact Kitchen! I ordered an omelette with a side of sweet potatoes and hot chocolate, and everything was made exactly the way I requested. The omelette was hands down the best part perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
Special shout-out to Yash and Tristin for providing outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

First time going. Food was tasty! I have celiac and knowing there’s a place that can’t have cross contamination with gluten is reassuring. Staff are sweet and knowledgeable. They also gave me a paleo cookie which was moist. We went a bit after 12pm. My favourites were, Turkey Chilli, Zesty Mexican Power Bowl. Thank you.

We came here today and unfortunately had the worst attitude from the 2 girls at the counter.... also. The paleo cookie was really stale and old.. disappointed

I’ve been going to Impact Kitchen very frequently, after my gym, and it’s probably one of my favourite spots in Toronto.

The reason is the food is actually healthy; and isn’t filled with unhealthy sauces, oils, and other stuff not good for you.

Additionally, all of the staff are extremely respectful, professional, and speedy! They’re a big reason why I keep going back!

I loveee that a chain like this exists! So inspiring and honest such a deliciously wholesome vibe! The experience of visiting this restaurant first time (twice in one day!) warmed my soul much like the yummy affordable beef bone broth did 😊
