A nice spot to grab a coffee and read a book or work. The coffee is good. I have not tried any of the food. The team members are very friendly.Parking: Paid street parking on the street that fills up quickly. Green p parking lot is about a 1 minute walk away.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and food/drink selection was unmatchable. I had the egg sandwich and matcha latte, let me tell you ?? they also have the unique idea of selling vintage wine! Will definitely be going back.

i am literally OBSESSED with arvo's hot ginger lemonade w/cayenne. and they've got tasty snacks too, including vegan options! i'm a big fan of their olive oil cake & date balls. can't recommend this place enough!
