Good food always
Charged .25c for takeout box after spending $80 on food and leaving a tip.
Awful service: very rude and disrespectful staff. Charged me $80 for food and the staff refused to give a take out container and bag unless they extort 25 cents for each container. If I ordered take out they would have given me a container, but if you dine in, they want to take the rice in your hands and pockets. Have some class and respect for paying customers! NEVER RETURNING TO THIS CLASSLESS DUMP! The staff even say they need to charge because they don’t have a service fee - what service?? Signs on the wall say the place is self-service. Go somewhere else that respects customers and is clean! When asked to speak to the manager, the guy refused to escalate and call the manager - what a bunch of cowards. People deserve better at this price. Fine dining costs the same and you actually leave happy. I hope these people close down for such poor and disrespectful customer service!!! What restaurant in the entire city charges for take out containers?? So to steal 50 cents for 2 containers, you choose to lose customers that spend $80 for two people!
Delicious, juicy kebabs and great portions at a fair price. Always fresh and full of flavor. A must-try spot for kebab lovers!
I recently visited Iqbal Kebab Restaurant and had a great experience. The food was delicious fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be going back.
Iqbal Kebab and Sweet Centre offers delicious, authentic South Asian food at great prices. Their kebabs are juicy and flavorful, especially the chicken tikka and seekh kebabs. The biryani is aromatic and well-spiced, and their sweets—like gulab jamun and jalebi—are fresh and perfectly balanced. Service is quick and friendly, making it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal or takeaway. Highly recommended!
Amazing food and great service. The kebabs were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Iqbal Kebab Restaurant
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
This place is filthy and disgusting. The butter chicken and biryani were raw—not undercooked, literally raw. When I told the staff, they refused to refund me and kept pushing a replacement plate like that would fix anything. I didn’t have time to sit around and wait for another chance at food poisoning. On top of all that, the staff were rude and clearly didn’t care. The whole place is dirty, the service is trash, and the food is unsafe to eat. I’m honestly shocked this place is even allowed to operate. Never coming back here and I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time or money either.
Worst food me and my wife ever had. We went there around 1230pm to have our lunch. Garlic Nan and drinks (lassi) was ok. But beef kebab, chicken leg tandoori and French fries was worst we ever had. Both of us already get stomach upset.
The restaurant is old and bit smelly. The wash room is at basement and smelly too. No soap nor paper towel were available in the washroom.
Total wastage of money, time and health hazards for us.

The kebab was good and they have best naan. Garlic naan was too good. They could have reduced the colouring in tandoori chicken.

I recently visited Iqbal Kebab and tried their platter along with some other options from the menu. The food was tasty, with well-seasoned meats and flavorful dishes that really hit the spot. The platter was satisfying and gave a nice variety of options, but overall, the meal didn’t blow me away.
However, I found the prices to be on the higher side for what you get. While the quality was decent, I felt that the portions didn’t justify the cost, making it a bit too pricey for a regular visit.
The service was decent, and the ambiance was comfortable, but I wouldn’t consider it a standout experience given the price point.
In conclusion, I’d rate my overall experience as 3/5. The food is good, but it’s hard to ignore the cost. If you're willing to spend a bit more, it’s worth trying, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor or portion size.

Nahari was terrible. Not enough meat even though it was about 18 dollars. Who puts methi in Nahari. Meat was substandard. I won’t be going back.
