Jaclyn's was my go to for so many years via Uber Eats when I lived in the east end. portions are generous, it's delicious and super consistent. I would order almost once a week and would never have an issue. since moving to the west end I've been trying to find a place that even SLIGHTLY comes close to Jaclyn's but I can't. so I decided to cater a small party so that I could finally eat it again after nearly a year, and I'm soo glad I did! delivery...
I went here and got a large oxtail meal and some jerk chicken specials($10). Both the jerk chicken and the oxtail are very good. The jerk is the right amount of spice and oxtail was nice and tender. The portion on the oxtail meal was well worth the price ($25). Going to have to come back and try something else!
It's great. Delicious, generous portions and great flavour. Ready quickly and friendly service. It's a small place meant for take out or a few seats and in season, there's a street patio. Our fav - boneless jerk chicken with coleslaw - a large will feed 3.
