Fermented bellflower root( 1 stem)
Fresh bellflower root fermented in rice syrup for at least 72 hour. After fermentation, the roots are air dried if the weather permits, otherwise it is placed in a dehydrator for 10 days. It is ready to be eaten after this process

Bean paste flower rice cake
Traditional Korean rice cake called "baek-seolgi" that is eaten at celebrations. The rice cake is slightly sweet and has the texture of bread and mochi combined. The chewy cake is decorated with beautiful hand piped flowers made with sweet white bean paste. The creamy bean paste flowers complement the rice cake so well.
Rice cakes should be eaten the day it is picked up. If left over night it will get hard and will need to be steamed again. You can steam it for 15-20 minutes after removing the decoration.

Ordered via Uber. Got Korean Honey cookie and mugwort rice cake with red bean. Absolutely loved them♥️ Definitely back again! As Korean, I don’t understand why Happy Korean Year matters to Chinese people. I wouldn’t be offended if other countries declare Happy New Year with their countries’ name. Seriously, just chill out!
