Based on the reviews, Jimbu Himalayan offers a lovely atmosphere and consistently good food. Guests always love the food and atmosphere, and they look forward to the service by Sahin or Shahin, who is very attentive and professional. The mutton thali, chicken momos, and khaja set are excellent. The food is fresh and full of authentic flavors, giving the real taste of Nepal. The Darjeeling style Tibetan momo, with its perfect flavor and shape, provides an Asian vibe. The Nepali style Thali, including mutton, chicken, and pork options, is delicious. However, the vegetable momo mixed with masala was just ok, and the waiting time after ordering could be improved due to a shortage of manpower. Overall, the experience is amazing, with the authentic Nepali Thakali thali and warm service.
