Always a good experience here. Love their chocolate chip banana bread. There’s a large seating area upstairs for working or reading!

The coffee deserves a 5.
Nice people and service can get even better, but I like them.

Very good coffee, great conversation and the only Jimmy I don't like is Kimmel, otherwise this shop is worth the patronage. The tall dark-haired lad that served my coffee who's studying film also found me on streaming and played my music over the speakers! I barely played it. Cool at that moment 😉

Food and service were good but wifi does not work. They said they this is a common issue and don't have any fix for it other than endlessly restarting your laptop till it works...? Still didn't work...

Good cafe but not a good study spot if you need wifi.

Very nice place, super friendly staff, even if you have difficulty in English no worries, very good coffee, and food, room upstairs to be quiet.. recommended in the morning if you are near the Chelsea hotel

Did not try the coffee. Tried a pumpkin spice latte instead. Drink was served quickly, latte itself was very tasty. Good spot to stop by if you’re looking for a drink.

I would give the drinks here a 7/10 and the atmosphere a 9.5/10 This is the best place in Toronto to study - outlets, lots of seating, quiet floors. I had the pumpkin spice latte and the pumpkin flavour was really good, a lot better than pumpkin flavoured syrups at other cafes. I just found the espresso to not be as strong as I personally like. My friend got the hot chocolate and she really enjoyed it. They’re open until 6 which is a big plus.

Really cozy place to study and meet with friends

The place is super cute but the barista messed up the girl in front of me’s order and then defensively blamed it on her. The coffee wasn’t that good either. Not a great first impression.

I walked into this location with my son in law after a hospital appointment. This location was quite beautiful. Well decorated and certainly a very comfy experience. Service was….with a smile, which goes a long way! A small lineup but we quickly passed through the line and placed our order. I am a one coffee a day person and as I had already had it I ordered my favourite go to, a hot chocolate. This hot chocolate was one of the best I have had from a coffe place. The temperature was perfect and the flavour was superb! Definitely a place I would return to!

Their staff have too much attitude for serving such bitter coffee. And they're weirdly proud of not having straws.

Fairly good cafe. Croissants are so-so. But the atmosphere is great
