Got the deep fried tofu bibimbap for delivery, and I enjoyed it! The tofu had a lot of flavor from the breading and was also drizzled with sauce, which gave it even more flavor. The bibimbap isn't traditional (it has kale, quinoa, pickled onions, lettuce etc) and feels more like a modern/fast casual salad take on the classic rice bowl, but it was still delicious nonetheless. Wow the best beef bulogi & unagi! Actually also the best kimchi I’ve had! Some kimchi is too spicy or slimy… this one was perfect. I’m picky with eel and this was so fresh. The service was great very attentive and frequent water refills. The dish is served differently than anywhere I’ve had it but now I don’t think I can enjoy it anywhere else. I’m not exaggerating.
