Don’t know what kind of night you’re walking into? Perfect. Neither do they. One night it’s sweet, sweet guitar solos. Next weekend it’s DJ Spaceman and a fog machine. But somehow, it always works. Excellent craft beers, dangerously good sound system, and just enough chaos to keep you coming back.

Amazing place for a fun event and karaoke night or dj night are absolutely blasts

One of my absolute favourite bars in the city! The vibe is completely unpretentious, the staff is lovely and they curate such great bands. Drinks are also reasonably priced and something about karaoke under those twinkly lights just hits different. I always have a fun time here.

Great little venue for live bands, but it's an underground bunker; don't expect cellphones to work down there.

Went to the life band karaoke night and it was fun and unique. Wish they didnt allow repeatnsongs. Crowd was mixed age and chill.Have also attended kids dance parties but the music was too loud

The Junction City Music Hall is a cozy venue, with decently priced drinks and a very hip atmosphere. The bands that perform here are extremely talented and will open your ears to sounds of Toronto's underground alternative music scene.

I have been going there since they opened. Grate venue! Great music! Great stuff... Julia, Patricia and Jason. Excellent selection of craft beers.

Nice little venue to see some live music! Rather odoriferous with a pervading aroma of what might be sewer gas though. Bring something that smells nice to hold under your nose. Haha!

Went to see some live music and after getting over the really strong odour that smelled like a porta-potty the place wasn’t half bad for what it was. The tables and chairs are pretty beat up, and there were areas that dust was just accumulated around the ceilings...It’s somewhere I would have thought was cool in my 20’s for sure. Ticks all the boxes there.Music was good though so you sort of forget about the ambiance.

A hidden gem! Great spot in the Junction for live music. Bar is great, with a wide selection of drinks. Don't understand how people are complaining about drink prices. Pretty standard prices in my opinion. Bartenders are lovely and always make it a fun time. Thanks to Patricia, Julia, and Jason for making my last visit so special! Will be back soon!

Fun place to go for karaoke on a Saturday night. Lots of bars have karaoke, but not many have a live band providing the music.Cover charge was $10 when we went, so keep that in mind. They also have a cool collection of old school arcade games and pinball machines.

First time here to this bar. A little bit hard to find as if you blink you will miss it. It's a glass enclosure/door thingy that you go into first and yhen around a corner and down the stairs. Yeah I know! Lol! But once you make it in it's alright. They have some arcade games to play, a few tables and the stage. Came here to support my buddy who was playing here. Decent venue, staff was decent as well. Probably would return if my buddy is playing there again and would recommend to anyone who is interested in love music as well.

Hidden away in one of the best neighborhoods of Toronto, Junction City Music Hall was the amazing venue for my dear friends' reception. This hole in the wall, basement bar, filled with pin ball machines was the perfect venue for this amazing duo. Filled with tons of great character, Junction City is a great place for a quick drink with friends, or in our case rocking till the cows come home.

Happy to now know it! Friends said to come by and see a band. They had three acts all great local new talent. All completely different. Great place. Good sound system. Average prices.

Eclectic little hole in the wall. We literally walked right past the place, as there's just a little doorway that leads you into the basement bar. Fun times. Good music. Funky smell when you first walk in, but you don't really notice it after a while.
