This place has some of the best tasting shawarma in the city, very flavorful. The staff are friendly and nice. If you're hosting a large group of people check out their platter dishes they are fantastic and reasonably priced.

No frills simple place, with great service and amazing food. The lamb kofta is amazing.

Not the greatest experience, although staff attempted to make up for it.They put hot sauce on the wrap despite explicitly requesting only garlic and tahini sauce.Service was very slow, waited over 10 min for 3 wraps. However, like mentioned above the staff was kind, i was made a new corrected wrap and let me have a bottle of water free of charge.

Kababia is just up the street from where we live and I got to say it’s such a great place to have in the neighbourhood. I got two platters I got the smaller platter which I think is about $67 and the large platter which is $99 and I got the add-ons of the falafels, fries and the potatoes $13 xtra. It also comes with hummus, a garlic sauce, hot sauce & tahini, lots of fresh pita as well. I wish I took pictures of it, but everybody dug into it before I even had a chance (there is many photos of the platters in other reviews). They make fresh to order which I love and the owner Abdul is very approachable and he can help you sort out what you need especially if you have vegetarians, he said he can even separate the meat from all the rice and the veggies on the platter. I had 10 people mostly young adults (who eat a lot ) and we had leftovers for 4 lunches the next day that I packed up for take away !

The chicken platter was good, including some small samosas is a good idea, also putting humus on the plate would be good. Finally, a few spicy peppers would be nice, the small green ones. It might be nice to get a pita with the platter. Also, my poutine was really good. I was surprised how crispy the fries stayed, even down to the bottom of the box.Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to my son.

We ordered a large meat platter and a large falafel and grilled vegetable platter for a family event. It looked beautiful, tasted delicious and there were plenty of left overs. Highly recommend.
