I apologize for the negative review earlier. We are regular customers at Kapitbahay because we truly enjoy not only the food and the atmosphere, but also the friendly staff who usually greet and serve customers.
However, during our visit today, our experience was a bit different. As customers, it is normal for us to ask questions and take a little time deciding what to order, especially when we notice other items that might catch our attention.
