I love this treasure of a coffee shop/bakery on Bloor. It is a combination of an old fashioned coffee shop with old fashioned pricing and atmosphere with modern gluten free offerings. It is so unpretentious and authentically '90s that we cant help but cherishing it for what it is!We've only tried drinks and snacks, but they also offer other foods which we will try very soon.

Finally an organic bakery that has whole wheat pastries! And they are delicious ?. Prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, they don't have decaf coffee, so take out only for me.

Don’t order the Vietnamese drip coffee. It comes lukewarm in a small diner cup for almost $6!!

Service was prompt and friendly but coffee was cold and bitter. Cake was stale tasteless. Decor was dingy.

Very cozy and unpretentious spot. Brimming with plants, flyers from people in the community posted everywhere. It's usually quiet and the temperature control is comfortable. It makes an excellent place to relax, have a coffee or two, and people-watch. It also makes a good space for focused reading or studying. I really love this cafe and I hope you visit it to appreciate the unique charm of this place very rooted in the community.

I would avoid the Keto treats - cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Everything I have tried has been dry and tasteless. Tea wasn’t hot. However, staff are lovely and it is a nice little place to sit quietly and have a coffee. I would just stick to the vegan food offerings and skip the keto stuff. I do like the banana breads.

Really love the unpretentious approach to gluten-free, diabetic free food. The prices are a lot better than ‘trendy’ gluten free places where you are mainly paying for the exposed brick and fancy coffee machine. The food tastes wholesome and handmade. If you want something that ‘tastes’ like European baking etc it’s not the right place for you. But I actually feel a lot better with the lower sugar levels and more nutritious ingredients.

This place has the most horrible dry tasting vegan desserts.

Sunken cake covered with extra icing. This is what they give their customers who pay extra to get keto vegan cakes. If the cake doesn’t come out good they should bake another one and not cheat their customers by covering it up. We technically paid for the icing and felt so cheated.

As a person who is gf/vegan I was really excited and happy about this place! I had gone a few times and enjoyed the products. However today when I got the $8.99 3 salad specials, the vegetables and food had white slime on it aka spoilage bacteria! The food had a spoiled smell to it. I’m assuming that the salads are not made fresh everyday. Really disappointed, not just because of the waste of money but because it’s one less option. Would not recommend unless you want spoiled/moldy products.

This place can be a hit or miss. Great prices and service. But some of the treats are stale and bland. Some however are tasty, especially seeing it might have substitute ingredients to meet dietary restrictions.
