Don't order delivery from this place. So far, my order is 20+ mins late. The phone number that was stated on the app receipt was out of service. I had to google the number and nobody was picking up. I called customer service and they said they couldn't help me what so ever. I finally got through and the person I spoke to said that the order was picked up "15 min ago, even though the app still says the order is in process. Definitely not ordering from this place again.

This place is disgusting in every way. The whole place was filthy. The positive reviews are fake and paid for. All the staff are temporary workers. Whoever owns this business should be really embarrassed.

The hours say they are open as of 10:30am, but I went the door is still locked , I don’t know when they actually open. I was going to get myself lunch before heading to work, but due to them not unlocking the door , they won’t be getting my business.

The worst KFC i've been to. Quality service is 1/10. Waiting time insane. Chicken was not fresh, neither were the frozen fries. I've been to couple of KFC in the world for the past 15 years, and never had such a bad experience. Almost no communication, no trays provided though i asked for some. I'll never go again to a KFC in Toronto/Canada. Management should audit their franchises, especially this one!
