Such a joke. I go to Uber Eats because they’re offering a buy one get one free and as you can see the cheaper $18 buy one get one free big crunch box drinks are sold out and they make you have to buy the more expensive one but for both the other combos the Regular drinks Available So they’re not sold out. The restaurant said call Uber because it’s their app but Uber says that restaurant are the ones who update the The choices. And they are absolutely the ones who said the drinks are sold out when they’re not.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered on the app, paid. Tracking the order was not working after an hour called the store and the # was disconnected. Called customer service and was given another # called no answer. Called customer service again and was told they could only refund me. An hour after that, now 2 hours later the driver calls to say he is there, he was way up the street. Got my food the fries were wet and the chicken wasn't cooked

We went to pick up our order. We wanted breasts and thighs only. They cut their chicken breasts in half saying it’s a full breast. Lolol Ummm yes, we know what you did. 😆 Very Small pieces ! Don’t bother !

Such a joke. The 1364 Queen Street Contact number is disconnected, and when you go onto the KFC online order, the side meal options for the 14 piece bucket set keeps on defaulting to two macaroni salads. I tried this at least 5 times to change it, then redid it another several times. It wasn’t saving the change. In the end, we had to drive to the store! The KFC online order system needs to be fixed and you need a proper number. So useless!

I stopped coming over a year ago for the reason of them always saying we don't have white chicken we don't have this we don't have that. We'll today sitting in the park i got a craving for KFC so I went to try it again. As soon as I put my order in I heard the same crap no white chicken then no smores the pop machine was disgusting. There was 2 old men in like maybe 70s and they said there banned from this location for complaining to the manager about how there always out of stuff. They where there cause he wasn't working. The staff WOW you couldn't pay the Chinese lady to smile or be polite. And before KFC offers an apology save it because it means nothing. You have let this once great brand falter. This will be the last 2 cents I ever spend at your store I don't care how many cravings I get.
