Kinda rude staff. They seem upset they have to take orders. They ran out of ranch which was supposed to be included in my order, but instead of offering me a substitute, they just didn't give me anything.

It was an excellent service that was provided to me. The staff was well versed and everything I ordered was perfectly in the bag including the condiments I requested. Manager Anie was fantastic!

This KFC at Toronto Eaton Centre has the worst customer service ever. The cashiers are consistently rude and pushy.
KFC's advertising is misleading, they display $5 sandwich deal posters right at the counter, but when you go to pay, they charge $6 or more. Yesterday I was told I couldn’t even buy the $5 sandwich without adding fries!!!
I was there totally of 3 times; for same sandwich, first time I was charged $5, second time, $6+tax, third time, I refused to buy because they demanded I add fries.
All 3 times the cashiers were very rude.
