First of all I had to wait a long line cause they were taking so long and they were making an excuse of being "busy". I left the line and ordered online. I waited past the expected time and the staff was just ignoring me and most of their costumers. With my order i ordered 2 sep meals and the second one came first and i was okay but when i asked for the second one she kept saying they havent made it and theyre busy and while waiting i see another bag of kfc food but i thought it someone elses but turns out my order was just sitting there and now its cold. No check and balance

The woman working the cashier (looks East Asian or filipino, 4 to 5 foot something) lowkey has attitude and needs to fix it. Only two times I’ve been here when she’s been here, and she always gives attitude even though I’m being polite. I made the decision to not come here ever again after that. I was trying to be nice since it may have seemed like she had a bad day… But how she acting like she’s having a bad day all the time and giving customers attitude? You literally work for customer service. She reppin’ y’all and making this KFC location look horrible. Just put the fries in the bag, yo.
All I did was ask you to repeat the drinks back to me because I forgot and was deciding on what drink to get, I asked politely and didn’t cause any issues. You didn’t have to use that condescending tone with me. Get an attitude fix or get a job you actually enjoy if you can.
This isn’t the first review about a cashier, and it’s likely about her. Have her fix her attitude or fire her, it’s clear like looking through glass that she doesn’t like working here.

Wow, I haven't been to the food court in years. So much to choose from now. But I had coupons for KFC lol. And it was very good, not like some kfc,s where the flavor just isn't the same anymore. So this KFC got it right. And the service was great, with friendly staff😉

utterly disappointing today at the afternoon .There is a lady whose is in counter taking orders , know it is jampacked store but the way she made me wait around 25 minutes for single meal box .Moreover , when I asked her about my food delay , she scolding me . I don’t know her name but she worked morning shift . They way she is staring at customers and serving orders complete disaster . Hopefully , this girl should get fired . She is Asian female . Worst service !!!
