As a business owner in the same industry, the customer service I had here was atrocious. Asked for napkins from a girl server soon as I sat down and nothing for 10 min until i asked for a male server. 2ndly didn't have any forks or napkins until we had to ask. When we ordered biriani it was so salty that me and the gf didn't even eat half and the girl server said they would replace it which is fine we wanted it to go as our hunger has subsided. So for this inconvenience and the fact we had to wait extra for a replacement and getting charged $30 was the kicker. We asked for the bill and and didn't get that either until 10 min after until we asked another person. Had more than a few people working yet it wasn't busy. Won't be returning here for a third time. Understand that a visit may not go as expected but just too much happened here where a third visit is not warranted.
