Had something unexpected in my food and wasn’t sure what it was, but the customer service was amazing. The staff handled everything professionally, were very kind, and even offered us replacement food. The food itself was great, and despite how busy it was, the line moved super fast. Definitely recommend this place for both the food and the excellent service!
Been ordering and eating in at this kibo location for about 3-4 years now, basically 2x a month or more. The food is always fresh, portions are big and fairly priced. Service is always impeccable, whether we’re picking up a DoorDash order to enjoy at home or going in to eat, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend kibo to everyone! Absolutely love their salad dressing too. Everything is so yummy! Thanks kibo for always being dependably delicious.
good experience! comfy seating and atmosphere, and the food was yummy. my table ordered the salmon lover and katsudon, and really enjoyed it! i ordered the veggie udon which was filling and yummy, though the cabbage was just a little raw for my liking. overall would recommend :)
