We had not been in a few years but it is good to know that no matter what, very little has changed. Both the food and the service were top notch. Very friendly hostess and servers, all very professional and attentive. They make you feel welcome. The dinner service is great. food and service impeccable but closing off the restaurant from the breakfast buffet with the drapes feels weird. I would keep them open and adjust the lighting.
Got stuck an extra day downtown because of the weather and decided to enjoy out extra night of dinner at my hotels restaurant. The food was amazing and Raul our server was super friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely a place to consider if you are in the area and Definitely if you are staying at the Hyett
