Kintako Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Probably going to be my new go to sushi spot in Toronto now!! The place is small and cozy but so clean and immaculate! The set up is so cute that you almost want to buy the decor!

In terms of food we started with Karage chicken, gyoza and Takoyaki! The takoyaki was my favourite! My friend liked the Karage chicken more as it was very nicely cooked yet juicy on the inside!
The sushi rolls were fresh and tasted amazing! We tried the caterpillar and dragon roll and both were a perfect balance of rice and fish.
The server was super polite and very attentive. Food came out in time and even though they were starting to fill up and there was only 1 server the service was still amazing.

Best sushi I've ever had!

Wow! He reviews do not disappoint. The food was amazing! 👏 The lemonade is huge and the sushi is so well made. I really enjoyed the maki deluxe and the rolls were massive! Great service and all around a perfect go to sushi spot.

Kintako is AMAZING! Everything here is phenomenal down to the icy cold water they serve. They are often very busy because it is so good and the spectacular waitresses handle it with grace. One of my favourite spots on the East End ❤️

We ordered the Black Spider and the Green Crunch Dragon. My daughters and I loved how fresh everything tasted!

The atmosphere is wonderful, and my daughters especially enjoy coming here to paint and spend time together. Next time we visit, they’ll be excited to see if their artwork is still hanging on the wall.

We had an amazing experience having dinner at Kintaco yesterday! Joe was helping us and he did an amazing job especially with our kids! He was kind and funny and did magic tricks that really made our kids happy. The food was fantastic as well! We will definitely be back. Our new favorite sushi place in the area!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Nice little touches with the soup to the fiery little touches on their volcano rolls. Super cozy. What a great local find!
