I recently visited Kinton Ramen with a friend and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to the server’s behavior. From the start, the service was not welcoming, the server repeatedly tried to take the menu from me while I was still trying to place my order, which felt rushed. After I finished my meal, he handed me the bill. Based on the poor service I received, I chose not to leave a tip, which I feel is a personal choice. However, when I later asked for a takeout container for my leftovers, the server responded “You want a container but didn’t give me a tip?” and continued to repeat the same statement. I felt uncomfortable and frustrated, so I decided to just leave without the food. His behavior felt very unprofessional and disrespectful, and it ruined the whole dining experience for us.

Server complained about not getting a tip. And got angry when we asked for a bag to take our food because apparently if we dont tip we are being entitled.
We literally ordered from them and paid for the order. What exactly does she need a tip for.
The funny part is we didnt even eat there. We ordered take out.
Had we eaten there we would have tipped out of courtesy, not out of obligation or peer pressure.

Visited recently and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. Our waiter, AM, repeatedly questioned why I didn’t leave a tip—something that should never happen in any professional setting. If he had paid attention to the quality of his own service, he might have understood the reason.
He kept saying he “doesn’t need the money,” yet continued bringing up the tip, which clearly contradicts that claim. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be guilt-tripped or harassed over a gratuity that’s earned, not owed. Poor service followed by a pressure-filled interaction—definitely not returning.
The food was really cheap and was very good the service was something I would never forget it is defiently the best ramen I have ever had🤩

THE BEST RAMEN I HAVE EVER HAD! The service was amazing, top tier and the waiter was so nice and kind. Even though the store is tiny, they did a great job at making it feel spacious whilst accommodating so many people. They even check every single ingredient for my allergy and had built in allergy detection to show you which meals are ok and which ones are not ok. The food was fast and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend!!

I am extremely disappointed by this place, especially after hearing such good things about it and will definitely not be coming back. We ordered a meal for two and definitely don’t recommend to get the jalapeño ramen, we only had limited options for vegetarian and wanted to try it, just to realize it is extremely spicy and that was not mentioned when we asked and it ruined my friends stomach and when we asked the waiter to accommodate, he declined without even giving us alternative or trying to make sure our food doesn’t go to waste. Very disappointing and were given horrible customer service and will not be coming back.
