I am extremely disappointed by this place, especially after hearing such good things about it and will definitely not be coming back. We ordered a meal for two and definitely don’t recommend to get the jalapeño ramen, we only had limited options for vegetarian and wanted to try it, just to realize it is extremely spicy and that was not mentioned when we asked and it ruined my friends stomach and when we asked the waiter to accommodate, he declined without even giving us alternative or trying to make sure our food doesn’t go to waste. Very disappointing and were given horrible customer service and will not be coming back.
Yum Yum surprisingly great. Filled up delicious summer cool Ramen.
I usually enjoy Kinton Ramen at their other locations, but this visit didn’t meet expectations. We came as a group of four around 9 PM, The place was pretty empty, yet service was slow. Most of us ordered a ramen and beer combo. I had the miso pork ramen. The ramen was okay, but the noodles were uncooked and it felt like something was missing. The atmosphere also wasn’t as lively as other locations. Not terrible, but I’ll probably stick to the other branches next time.
The waiter was really rude. We split our bill in 3 and one of us paid tips, He kept asking the other two people for tips and why we all didn’t pay tip. He asked this almost 4 times (he was really demanding for tips). He later went to say that we are rude and this isn’t the right culture all cause we all didn’t separately tip for the same table or indulge in his rude ways of asking for tips. Never seen this behaviour at any restaurant ever.
This was on Sunday, 15th June around 9pm.
Simple and delicious ramen! Loved their hot chicken karage.
Beautiful atmosphere and top quality ramam. A place to return to again and again.

The food was tasty and well priced, although the Ramen could have had more additional ingredients to it. Unfortunately when we were there the heating wasn't working and everyone had to keep their warm coats on, made for an uncomfortable meal. Left a bad impression from an otherwise pleasant meal.

Nice service, the ramen taste okay. 4 pieces small gyoza 8.5$ (after tax) way too pricy.

Kinton Ramen is everywhere! We saw Kinton locations countless times as we explored the city. We came here for dinner on a Friday and were able to get seating for 3 at the counter. It was cool to see the assembly line of ramen. While the menu seemed a bit westernized (choose your combo of meat, soup, and noodles), the restaurant felt pretty authentic as people were talking to each other in Japanese.
I got the pork shoyu and I also tried a bit of the chicken spicy jalapeno ramen. Both broths were good (the chicken jalapeno had a nice kick) but not mindblowing, and the noodles were pretty mediocre. The toppings were pretty good.
Overall while I'm glad I got to try the famed Kinton, I've definitely had better ramen.

I recently tried the Spicy Garlic Beef Ramen at Kinton, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and packed with flavor, the beef was tender, and the entire meal was perfect—especially on a chilly autumn day in the city.
While the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, the customer service left much to be desired. Our server was inattentive and lacked warmth, which affected the overall experience. Something as simple as asking for extra napkins turned into a hassle—I received just one, despite ramen being a meal that can get messy. I had to flag them down again for both the receipt and a takeout box.
Despite these service shortcomings, I’m giving Kinton Ramen 4 stars because their food truly shines. If they could bring their customer service up to the level of their delicious ramen and cozy interior, the experience would be flawless.

I brought my coworker here to try Ramen for the first time and we were served raw, uncooked pork.
When asked why it looked wrong, staff informed us that they changed the ingredients, across all franchises.
It was definitely untorched and Freshly thawed.
I avoided Kinton Ramen for a month everywhere because of this, and discovered that this was the only establishment that had done this.
