The food was tasty and well priced, although the Ramen could have had more additional ingredients to it. Unfortunately when we were there the heating wasn't working and everyone had to keep their warm coats on, made for an uncomfortable meal. Left a bad impression from an otherwise pleasant meal.

Nice service, the ramen taste okay. 4 pieces small gyoza 8.5$ (after tax) way too pricy.

Kinton Ramen is everywhere! We saw Kinton locations countless times as we explored the city. We came here for dinner on a Friday and were able to get seating for 3 at the counter. It was cool to see the assembly line of ramen. While the menu seemed a bit westernized (choose your combo of meat, soup, and noodles), the restaurant felt pretty authentic as people were talking to each other in Japanese.
I got the pork shoyu and I also tried a bit of the chicken spicy jalapeno ramen. Both broths were good (the chicken jalapeno had a nice kick) but not mindblowing, and the noodles were pretty mediocre. The toppings were pretty good.
Overall while I'm glad I got to try the famed Kinton, I've definitely had better ramen.

I recently tried the Spicy Garlic Beef Ramen at Kinton, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and packed with flavor, the beef was tender, and the entire meal was perfect—especially on a chilly autumn day in the city.
While the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, the customer service left much to be desired. Our server was inattentive and lacked warmth, which affected the overall experience. Something as simple as asking for extra napkins turned into a hassle—I received just one, despite ramen being a meal that can get messy. I had to flag them down again for both the receipt and a takeout box.
Despite these service shortcomings, I’m giving Kinton Ramen 4 stars because their food truly shines. If they could bring their customer service up to the level of their delicious ramen and cozy interior, the experience would be flawless.

I brought my coworker here to try Ramen for the first time and we were served raw, uncooked pork.
When asked why it looked wrong, staff informed us that they changed the ingredients, across all franchises.
It was definitely untorched and Freshly thawed.
I avoided Kinton Ramen for a month everywhere because of this, and discovered that this was the only establishment that had done this.

I think they have changed the “pork”. The last 2 times that I have been there the pork tasted and looked like lunch meat ham. The slices in the ramen were super thin and not much to it exactly like how grocery store ham that you peel off each slice is like. The first time it was one of the slices and then the other pork slice was how it usually is but the second time both of my “pork” slices were the ham. Very disappointing. I don’t think I will come back to this location if this is how the meat are skimmed down.

Kinton is the place to go, in my opinion, for Ramen. High volume and quality, and their pork broth, specifically, is top-shelf.
Be careful ordering spicy dishes. They don't mess around. I prefer to order a regular bowl, and get a jalapeno paste topping.
Chicken is lighter than pork broth. And if you want to thicken any broth, order it with Miso. To lighten it a bit, try the Shoyu version of the same bowl.
